This year, we have again been given a special role in the organisation of the event: traditionally. a large, well-prepared team we were involved in the full implementation of the event. Our host and hostess colleagues worked for several days to ensure that every detail of the venue set-up was in line with the HELL Energy high expectations - from the precise preparation to the post-event demolition work.
On the day of the event featured hostesses were responsible for the smooth running of the event:
- reception and check-in of guests,
- coordinating the various promotional activities,
- to accompany and inform guests at all times,
- as well as a high level of discreet and attentive service for VIP guests.
Our team worked throughout to make the event smooth, memorable and enjoyable for all participants, while the organisational and operational tasks in the background were invisible, yet still running at maximum efficiency. A professional appearance, a unified image, a confident presence and a guest-centric attitude defined the work of our colleagues throughout.
