Purpose of data processing: to effectively facilitate the user's access to employment and presence on the labour market, and to facilitate BE-ROLL Ltd.'s contractual obligations with the right number and skills of employees.

BE-ROLL Ltd. primarily uses its own website and Facebook page for recruitment, but may also use advertising sites.
BE-ROLL Kft. fully complies with the data management policy established by the owner or operator of the advertising space on advertising spaces independent of BE-ROLL Kft., and stores the applications received until the job is taken up, but for a maximum of 30 days, unless the applicant expressly requests (agrees) to keep the application longer, in which case the application is stored until the date indicated in the request, for a maximum of 1 year.

Purpose of the processing: full compliance with the legal and contractual obligations of BE-ROLL Ltd.
Legal basis for processing: companies, businesses and individuals that have a contractual relationship with BE-ROLL Ltd. as customer data, technical content and other data that are transferred between the Customers and BE-ROLL Ltd.
The BE-ROLL Ltd. and the companies and their authorised representatives, natural persons in connection with the economic activity, will process the data transferred in full compliance with the legal requirements. Their retention period shall be as laid down in the contract concluded, but at least the period provided for by law.
Contractor data management - registering customers, suppliers
In performance of a contract, the Company shall for the purposes of the conclusion, performance and termination of the contract, the granting of contractual discounts, processes the name, name at birth, date of birth, mother's name, address, tax identification number, tax number, entrepreneur's ID number, address, address of the registered office, address of the establishment, telephone number, e-mail address, website address, bank account number of the natural person and contact person contracted with it as a buyer or supplier. Duration of storage of personal data: until the end of the contractual relationship or business relationship or for 5 years after the person concerned ceases to be a representative. If the contract imposes a warranty obligation on BE-ROLL Ltd., in that case we will keep the personal data of the representative responsible for the contact of the business entity involved in the contractual relationship until the end of the warranty period.
11.) Other data processing, Marketing communications

16) Legal notice: suspension of processing, modification of data, erasure
Individuals can exercise control over their personal data, i.e. they can object to the processing or transfer of their personal data, in the cases listed in the law. If the individual objects, he or she may do so in writing. The objection must be examined and decided upon by the controller of the personal data within a maximum of 15 calendar days. BE-ROLL Ltd. is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to others by the unlawful processing of the data subject's data or by the breach of data security requirements. BE-ROLL Ltd. is also liable to the data subject for the damage caused by the data processor. BE-ROLL Ltd. shall be exempted from liability if it proves that the damage was caused by an unavoidable cause outside the scope of data processing. No compensation shall be payable if the damage was caused by the intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the injured party.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (right to official redress)
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the Regulation.
Right to an effective judicial remedy against the supervisory authority

If a data subject's request for rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data processed by the controller or by a processor acting on his or her behalf or at his or her request is rejected by the controller, the data subject shall be informed in writing without delay of the following.
- the fact of the refusal, the legal and factual grounds for the refusal, and
- about the rights of the data subject and how to exercise them, and may exercise their right to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data with the assistance of the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Data owner's remedies:
The data owner may take legal action against the controller or the processor in relation to processing operations within the scope of the processor's activities, if the data owner considers that the controller or the processor acting on his behalf or under his instructions is processing his personal data in breach of the provisions on the processing of personal data laid down by law or by a legally binding act of the European Union. The data subject has made this declaration of acknowledgement in the light of the prior information in which he/she became aware of the legislation in force concerning data processing.
The individual has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data in the present consent form, in which he/she has been informed of the fact that BE-ROLL Ltd. cannot delete the individual's data until it is required to do so by the law on data processing.
